4-Week Accelerator Program
You will go through a 4-week new student intensive with your dedicated success coach, along with a small group of other new students in your personalized ”success pod”. You will meet weekly to absorb live, & in-depth training, and then will go and apply that information to the real world. Having the accountability of not only your success coach, but also your pod of peers, will be vital to your success. Plus, many of those folks will become some of your best friends!

Our partners will help you get your trust, holding company, and LLCs in place, as well as manage your taxes if you so wish.

Don’t get bogged down by the technical stuff. We’ll provide you with easy-to-use tools, resources, and documents that will remove some of the headache that can come with growing a life-changing portfolio.
Personalized Renovation Planning Sessions
Managing the renovations of a fix & flip or BRRRR deal can be scary, I get it-- (especially when done across the country from where you live). That's why our team of experts will work with you 1-on-1 to game plan for your upcoming rehabs. You don't have to do it alone!
Weekly Group Coaching Calls

Jaren Sustar
Growing up in a middle-class family, I learned to work hard for everything I wanted.
While I was able to live out my dream of playing D1 baseball, I walked away with $60k+ in student loans... and the debt continued to pile up after I got married.
It wasn’t easy, but my wife and I took action to clean up our finances, and we finally made it out of the trenches.
Once we were debt-free, my best friend encouraged me to invest in real estate.
So I learned everything I could about real estate investing for the next few years and bought my first rental property in 2018.
Since then, I’ve managed to purchase 40+ properties, using other people's money, and while working a full-time job and raising a family of six.
My wife and I became millionaires before we turned 30 because of real estate.
